\nYou’re on vacation, just indulge!
\nNever mind the tummy bulge!<\/p>\n
Never mind expense and guilt!
\nThe unsent cards, the un-made quilt.
\nNow back to productivity
\nTo Mac\/PC captivity.<\/p>\n
Back on the wheel, one of the cogs.
\nNew lesson plans, new posts for blogs.
\nNews and views, make ’em halfway clever!
\nOffers to guilds for gigs wherever!<\/p>\n
Back to eating healthily,
\nChemical pesticide- and hormone-free.
\nNeither vegan, heathen nor yokel be!
\n(Though nothing’s fresh now locally.)<\/p>\n
Back to winter chill and freeze
\nNowhere outside reached with ease.
\nForced marches grimly to the gym,
\nFeign that claim to vigor and vim!<\/p>\n
Oh woe is me, my vaca’s over.
\nThere’s bills to pay and I’m cold stone sober.
\nI’ve muscles that ache, and rashes that itch.
\n…Can you believe I’m such a bitch?<\/p>\n
I’m fortunate as all get-out!
\nGot NO excuse to rant or shout!
\nMy life ain’t perfect, but my deal’s hardly raw,
\nOne can’t avoid hassles or prevent Murphy’s law.<\/p>\n

\nNo Spider’s Den, no Rocky Road,
